My word of the year this year is elegance and one of the most frequent questions that I get is “what do you eat, exactly.” I thought it would be fun to share with you a little bit of my weight journey, eating journey and how I apply my word of the year to eating. I am going to give you 4 simple steps to eating elegantly.

I say simple and for sure, it’s simple, and yet I understand if it doesn’t sound easy.  If you are a person who feels consumed by thoughts of food, nothing about food sounds simple or feels easy.  I totally get you. That WAS me. That was me for most of my life and for as long as I can remember.
