What is LIFE BY DESIGN ?

I am so glad you asked.

Pull up a chair, get a cup of coffee and let’s chat.

I bet you have had the thought, “I thought my life would be different.”

“I thought it would be better than this, I thought I would be happier than this.”

Maybe it started with…”when I graduate…life will be better.”

…and then, “Once I get married, have the career, start the family…then I’ll be happier.“

How do I know you have had these thought?

They were my thoughts too.

Then I had the thought…

“I will lose some weight, change jobs, change husbands, then I will be happy.”

I had all of these thoughts and sooooo many more.

It wasn’t long before I found myself buffering with behavior that did not serve me.

Over eating, over drinking, over spending, over working…

…burning myself out and getting no where!

In fact…it made EVERYTHING worse!

When I hired my LIFE COACH, my life changed.

Could I have figured it out on my own?

Maybe…but maybe not!

For sure, with a Life Coach , my results were FAST TRACKED.

I was able to create outcomes I thought would NEVER be possible for me.

I am a goals ninja!!!

That is my super power!!!
